With such a large invoice volume, Aflac's Invoice Reconciliation team needed visibility and accessibility in order to resolve disputes within their 30 day cycle. With Lombardi, they are able to automatically prioritize reconciliation tasks based on time and value, which means smaller claims can go straight through to resolution and more time is freed up for the team to focus on more critical disputes. And, notifications are sent when a dispute has aged 20 days without resolution. Aflac has enhanced their visibility across all segments of the invoicing process and are leveraging Lombardi in other areas such as New Application Processing and Policy Administration.
