Certification of Skills for Every BPM Role


Validate your BPM knowledge – and enable your success.

The cornerstone of Lombardi University is an innovative program that measures and validates the skills required for every BPM role, at three levels of expertise. So the Certification Program defines an education roadmap for every member of your BPM team. Individuals will be interested in certification as a way to validate and develop their skills within their area of BPM responsibility.

Here is what is certified at each level:

Level One Certified individuals have basic skills required to complete BPM projects, under guidance of Level 2 and 3 leaders
Level Two Certified individuals have advanced skills required to lead delivery teams in multiple BPM projects
Level Three Certified individuals have Expert skills needed to drive BPM delivery, architecture, and governance at the program level

There are certification tracks designed for each of the BPM roles: BPM Analyst, BPM Developer, BPM Program Manager, BPM Administrator, and BPM Executive.
